| 摘 要： | 服务社会是大学的三大基本功能之一。新建地方本科院校要明确办学定位,牢固树立服务区域发展的意识。要立足地方需要和学校自身实际,调整优化学科专业设置,开展科研创新,增强服务地方经济社会发展的能力。充分发挥文化建设的示范功能,使学校成为引领地方文化发展的高地。通过顶岗实习支教,推动地方教育均衡发展。
