| Abstract: | According to the features of the department librarian who holds subject librarian concurrently,namely their plural membership and understanding of key subjects,the user's requirement and the library resources,this paper probes into the six advantages of department librarian holding concurrently the subject librarian and its significance in the hope of providing a new perspective to perfect the subject librarian system. |
