| 摘 要： | 师范教育转型是一项涉及社会政治、经济、文化及教育系统本身等各方面的复杂工程。转型的复杂性主要涉及转型目标、转型过程和转型利益主体。应对中国师范教育转型复杂性的策略包含从计划经济模式向教育机制调控转型、有限开放向全面开放转型、价值对峙向文化兼容转型、知识本位向综合能力转型等。
