| 摘 要： | 村民自治是以民主选举、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督为基本内容，体现自由、平等、民主、公正伦理精神的一种制度。当前由于宗族势力的根深蒂固，农民的自身素质较低，社会外部不良环境的影响，村民自治还没有完全发挥出它的优越性。我们要从村民自治的伦理精神制度化、村民自治伦理精神内化为村民的道德意识、营造良好的道德文明环境三个方面加强村民自治政治伦理建设。

| Abstract: | The villager's autonomy includes democratic election,democratic decision,democratic management and democratic supervision.It manifests ethical spirit of freedom,equality,democracy and fairness.Because of the influence of feudal clan,poor qualities of farmers and the social exterior poor surroundings,villager's autonomy do not attain its superiority completely.We must take some measures to strengthen politically ethical construction of villager's autonomy.They are,first,to form a stable system for ethical spirit;second,to make the ethical spirit turn into villagers' moral consciousness;finally,to build a good moral civilized environment. |
