| 摘 要： | 随着高校收费实行成本分担以来,教育公平就成为社会的热点和焦点。同时民办高校的兴起及快速发展也引起社会各界的广泛关注。从教育公平的角度论述了民办高校所发挥的作用,分析了民办高校生存的制度环境。从而得出结论,应该大力发展和资助民办高等教育,以实现中国高等教育从大众化向普及化的发展目标。

| Abstract: | With the beginning of tuition in universities and colleges,fair opportunity for education becomes heated discussion topic in China.Meanwhile fast development of private-owned colleges is attracting increasing attention.This paper discusses the role of private-owned colleges from the angle of fair opportunity for education,analyses the systematic environment for the survival of these colleges with the conclusion that great support should be provided to them to realize the popularized higher education. |
