| 摘 要： | 从研究元数据应用与信息资源生命周期的关系入手,引出元数据应用与设计的一般原则,探讨并构建数字图书馆元数据应用体系模型——元数据核心集、元数据基本结构(包括扩展规则)及应用纲要,同时对元数据开放机制的建立以及元数据应用的一般流程给出建议,为中国数字图书馆的建设建立具有可操作性的元数据应用规范。
