| 摘 要： | 大学从来就是一个社会组织，学术性是它不同于一般社会组织和其他学校组织的个性特征；大学所必须承担的社会角色都是建立在其学术性之上的，大学学术个性的发展是其社会角色完善的前提；大学组织发展的实质即是其学术性发展与社会角色完善的统一；尊重学术发展的内在逻辑，弘扬学术精神是大学组织发展的边界条件。

| Abstract: | As a social organization, the university different from ordinary social organizations and other school organizations in that it has its own feature of scholarship, on basis of which the university assumes its social role. The development of the university's feature of scholarship is a precondition for the perfection of its social role. The nature of the university's organizational development lies in the unity of the development of its feature of scholarship and the perfection of its social role. Due respect should be paid to the internal logic of development of scholarship; the promotion of the spirit of scholarship is the boundary condition for the university's organizational development. |
