| 摘 要： | 当前高等教育结构与人才社会需求结构的矛盾，高等教育发展不平衡导致人才供求矛盾，大学生职业选择与社会需求的矛盾等造成了大学生就业难。高等教育必须积极顺应社会经济结构的发展，适时调整专业和学科结构，提高大学生综合素质，解决大学生就业难的问题。

| Abstract: | The present contradictions between higher education structure and talents demands structure, those between talents demands and needs incmTed due to the imbalance of higher education development, and those between career choice of college students and social needs etc. make it hard for college students to get employed. In order to solve the problem, higher education must adapt to the development of social economic structure, adjust the major and disciplinary structure, and improve the comprehensive qualities of college students. |
