| 摘 要： | 高等教育系统是社会大系统的一个重要的子系统。高等教育系统的发展过程,其实就是在社会大系统中找寻高等教育系统内部发展和系统外部发展的最佳平衡点的过程。而要达到二者的最佳平衡点必须形成科学研究的完整结构,使高校与政府、企业协调发展,培养与社会接轨的复合型人才。

To achieve this, it is necessary to form a complete structure for science research, to cultivate multi-talent graduates so as to meet the demands of the society, and coordinate the development of universities with the government and enterprise. |
