| 摘 要： | 由于信息技术的发展和档案利用范围的扩大，档案资料的编辑工作更显重要，利用者运用计算机快速查阅档案信息将不受时间、地点的限制，所以，档案工作人员必须随时随地为利用者提供有价值的信息，进行搜集、统计和评价，并进行分析编辑，才能充分发挥档案的使用效率。
