| 摘 要： | 采用文献计量分析和书目分析方法,全面分析研究我国图书馆对ISO9000质量管理体系研究的80余篇文献.研究结果表明我国图书馆对ISO9000质量管理体系的研究存在研究方法单一、研究结果重复、研究对象狭窄等问题,据此建议学者关注国外动态、关注公共图书馆和专业图书馆的ISO9000建设.

| Abstract: | A comprehensive study of over 80 pieces of article on Chinese ISO9000 standard quality control system through the methods of bibliometric analysis and bibliographical analysis shows that the research of Chinese ISO9000 standard control system has some problems:the research methods are lack of variety,the findings are over-lap,and the objects are limited.It suggests that Chinese library researchers should pay more attentions to abroad research trend and public libraries and professional libraries' ISO practi... |
