| 摘 要： | 0-3岁婴幼儿托育服务从业人员职业化水平作为影响托育服务发展的直接因素,对托育服务体系的完善及人员队伍质量的提升有重要推动作用。运用自编的《婴幼儿托育服务从业人员职业化水平调查问卷》对329名符合托育资格的辽宁省托育服务从业人员职业化水平进行调查,发现托育服务人员职业化总体水平较好,其中职业道德和职业意识处于较高水平;托育服务从业人员职业化水平在从业年限、从业资格证书等中存在差异。根据调查结果,从建立准入标准等方面提出相应建议,进而提升托育服务从业人员职业化水平,推动托育服务行业健康发展。

| Abstract: | As a direct factor affecting the development of care service,the professionalization level of care service for infants aged 0-3 years plays an important role in promoting the improvement of care service system and the quality of employees.Using the seilf-developed "Questionnaire on the Professionalization Level of Infant and Child Care Service Employees",a survey on the professionalization level of 329 care service employees in Liaoning Province was conducted.It is found that the overall professionalization level of these employees is good,among which professional ethics and professional consciousness are at a higher level.In terms of professionalization level of care service employees,there are differences in demographic variables such as working years and qualification certificate.According to the results of the investigation,some suggestions are put forward from establishing the admission standard,so as to improve the professional level of the employees and promote the development of the care service industry. |
