外部知识整合能力对绿色企业竞争力的影响

摘    要:提出"外部知识整合能力→绿色产品开发能力→绿色产品竞争力"的理论框架,并对珠三角地区327家具有绿色产品开发能力的企业进行了调查研究和实证分析。结论显示,在以绿色产品设计能力为中介变量的结构模型中,外部知识整合能力的3个维度,即纵向结网能力、知识交流能力和专有技术融合能力对绿色产品设计能力均具有显著的正向影响;绿色产品设计能力对于绿色产品差异化具有显著的正向影响,并在外部整合能力的3个维度对绿色产品差异化的影响中发挥着完全的中介效应。同时,在以绿色工艺创新能力为中介变量的结构模型中,外部知识整合能力中的纵向结网能力和专有技术融合能力对于绿色工艺创新能力具有显著的正向影响;绿色工艺创新能力对于绿色产品顾客满意度具有显著的正向影响,并在纵向结网能力对于绿色产品顾客满意度的影响中具有完全的中介作用,在专有技术融合能力对于绿色产品顾客满意度的影响中具有部分中介作用。

Abstract:It is important for a company to cope with the challenge of environmental sustainability and develop competitive green products based on the integration and exploitation of external resources. The paper puts forward the framework composed of external integrative capabilities, green product development and green product competi-tive capabilities, and tests their relationships in a sample based on data collected from 327 green firms located in Pearl River Delta. The analysis results from the model taking product design capabilities as mediator demonstrate that external integrative capabilities positively influences green product design capabilities, and green product de-sign capabilities not only positively influences green product differentiation but also mediates the positive effect of external integrative capabilities on green product differentiation. In addition, the analysis results from the model taking process innovation capabilities as mediator demonstrate that vertical networking capabilities and technical know-how assimilating capabilities positively influence green process innovation capabilities, and green process in-novation capabilities positively influences green product customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the green process inno-vation capabilities has a full mediating effect on the positive influence of vertical networking capabilities on green product customer satisfaction, and has a partial mediating effect on the positive influence of technical know-how assimilating capabilities on green product customer satisfaction.
