| 摘 要： | 操作风险已成为我国银行业所面临的主要风险之一。组织学习是一种前沿性的管理方法,在操作风险控制过程中发挥了重要的作用。基于组织学习的视角,经验性研究揭示了操作风险控制的微观机理,从而为我国银行业充分发挥组织学习的效能,进而提高操作风险的控制绩效提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | The operation risk has become one of the main risks the banks industry have faced in China,and brings about huge risk of loss to the industry.The organizational learning is a cutting-edge management method,and has played an important role in operation risk control.Based on the perspective of organization study,empirical research reveals the microscopic mechanism of operation risk control,which may provide realistic theory reference for banks industry to improve organization study and raise the control performance of operational risk control. |
