| 摘 要： | 农村城市化是一个制度变迁与制度供给的过程，在这个过程中，旧有的户籍制度、基建投资制度需要改革，而在工业规模化、农民就业、提高农民素质、完善农村社会保障制度方面，又需要增加制度供给。

| Abstract: | Citifying the rural areas is a course of system changing and making.During this course,we should reform the system of the household register and the capital constuction investment.We also have to increase the system supply in industrial centralization,peasant employment,enhancing peasants' quality and improving the social secure system in rural areas. |
