| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党和中国人民在新时期的重要奋斗目标。法治是一种治国方略或社会调控方式,健全的社会主义法治与和谐社会互为前提。运用法治构建中国和谐社会,应从以下方面着手:通过政策和法律的调节,保证我国经济发展从非均衡策略向均衡策略的转变;通过法治,实现效率与公平的相对均衡;通过法治,促进民主政治建设和精神文明建设;通过法治,建立生态和谐的社会。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialism harmonious society is an important goal for which the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese strive.Nomocracy is a way of country management or social control.A sound socialism nomocracy coexists with harmonious society.To construct harmonious society of in China by using nomocracy,the following measures should be taken: to guarantee the transformation from an un-balanced strategy to a balanced one of Chinese economic development by the regulation of policy and law;to realize the relative balance between efficiency and fair;to promote the construction of democracy politics and spiritual civilization;to build biological harmonious society. |
