| 摘 要： | 为更有效地设计高校数字图书馆联盟交互界面，创建和使用人物角色是一个很受欢迎的方法。建立在目标用户VASL2生活方式的人物角色，可以更好地理解用户需求。通过调查福州地区大学城7所高校图书馆用户的生活方式，透过SPSS16.0统计软件对调查数据因子分析、聚类分析、方差分析、交叉表分析的调查结果建立5个虚拟人物。
