| 摘 要： | 新莞人是东莞市的一个主要弱势群体,是建设和谐文明新东莞不可忽视的因素。文章在对新莞人生存状况和知识贫困状况进行调查分析的基础上,论述图书馆应制定切实可行的知识援助策略,采取实际有效的措施,向新莞人提供真正产生实际作用的知识援助。

| Abstract: | As a vital part of the vulnerable groups in Dongguan,New Dongguanese have played a crucial role in the construction of new harmonious and civilized Dongguan.Based on the investigation of the status of New Dongguanese' living and the status of their knowledge poverty,this paper discusses that libraries should work out feasible tactics and take effective measures to provide knowledge aids which are actual and effective for New Dongguanese. |
