| 摘 要： | 甲午战争中国战败以后,一些有识之士开始投身实业,但成功者不多。而荣氏兄弟充分汲取传统文化资源,为我所用,同时又不排拒西方先进的管理制度和经验,实现了传统与现代的互融。因而,荣氏兄弟创建的企业尽管步履维艰,但仍能立足、发展并经久不衰。荣氏企业作为近代中国民族工业成功的典范,个中经验值得我们借鉴。

| Abstract: | After China's defeat in the Sino-Japanese war in 1895,some people began to join the industry,but only little success.The RongShi brothers fully absorbed the raditional cultural resources and applied them,without a rejecting the advanced Western anagement system and experience,which finally came to the combination of tradition and modernity.Thus,the Rongshi enterprises could still got a foothold in that terms and developed enduringly despite of the difficuties.As an example of a successful nation industry in Modern China,the Rongshi offered us persons experience. |
