| 摘 要： | 人格精神是具有稳定性和确定性的价值原则和价值观念的人格统一体的表现。受儒家“君子人格”的影响,蔡元培在长期的文化教育实践中,形成了高尚的道德人格,其具体外在表现是:矢志于“教育救国”的人生观、坦荡的君子胸怀和谋求道德济世的精神等。它们之间具有内在的一致性,从而整合为蔡元培的高尚道德人格内涵的统一体。

| Abstract: | The personality spirit is a performance that represents the principle and concept of value with the stability and certainty.Influenced by the Confucian"gentleman personality",Cai Yuanpei developed a noble personality in longterm cultural education practice.Its concrete outside performance is: Devoting his life to"saving the country by education";spirit of broadminded gentleman and helping with morality.They were classic morals with internal consistency,and integrating into the unity of Cai Yuanpei's personality content. |
