| 摘 要： | 在对专利组合分析的理论方法进行研究分析的基础上,主要设计了适合我国国情的专利指标评价体系,并对专利组合分析的3个层面的分析方法进行应用研究,即公司层面专利组合分析、技术层面专利组合分析和专利发明人的组合分析。通过实例研究证明专利组合分析是一个将技术与市场战略紧密结合进行战略决策的非常有价值的分析工具。
