| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来我国高等教育的发展历程,是探索中国特色社会主义高等教育发展道路的历程.经过30年的艰辛探索,我国实现了高等教育的跨越式发展,已经初步走出了一条中国特色社会主义高等教育发展道路.在新的历史阶段,高等教育的改革和发展面临着新的机遇、新的挑战.面对新机遇、新挑战,推进高等教育的新发展,就是要切实贯彻落实科学发展观,沿着中国特色社会主义高等教育的发展道路继续进行新的探索和实践.
