摘    要:针对在《占有》中,大量的书信、日记、诗歌、神话和童话故事等文本巧妙地穿插其中.交错地呈现出混沌之初的人类远古、繁荣兴盛的维多利亚时代和衰亡没落的后现代西方社会中女性所处的困境,以小说中的长诗《梅卢西娜仙女》和童话故事《门槛》为例,探讨拜厄特是如何在《占有》中对经典神话进行戏仿,进而阐发自己对女性的思考及对男性传统和强调男权社会的质疑。

Abstract:In Possession, a large number of letters, diaries, poems, myths and fairy tales are ingeniously arranged in the novel, demonstrating the plight of the female in the chaotic remote antiquity, the prosperous Victorian Age and the decaying postmodern society respectively. The epic The Fairy Melusina and the fairy tale The Threshold are taken as examples to show how Byatt elaborates her idea of the female and her challenge of the male tradition and the male-power-oriented society by parodying classic myths in Possession.
