| 摘 要： | 东北地区冰雪资源丰富,冬季时间较长,在高校进行冰雪运动的推广具有提高大学生身体素质、保持心理健康、丰富校园文化生活、锻炼交际能力、培养高水平冰雪运动人才等重大意义.提出加强对冰雪运动的重视、完善教师配备、完善课程设置、创新教学、积极与社会资源合作等在高校推广冰雪运动的重大举措,以期为东北地区高校冰雪运动的推广提供一定理论借鉴.

| Abstract: | With the rich resources of ice and snow in the northeast, a long time of winter, the promotion of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities can improve physical fitness of students, have a good mental health, enrich cultural life in campus, train the communicative skills, cultivate high-level talents of ice and snow sports. Put forward to pay more attention to ice and snow sports, improve teachers and curriculum setting, create teaching, actively cooperate with social resources and other important measures, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the promotion of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities of northeast. |
