| 摘 要： | 小微企业发展势头迅猛,成为我国社会经济发展的重要推力,但小微企业面临着融资难、融资贵、融资险的困境,已严重制约了其自身的发展,能否合理有效解决融资难问题是我国小微企业健康持续发展的关键。政府部门、金融机构和企业本身都要积极采取措施,减轻融资难度,降低融资成本,化解融资风险。

Current Situation of Equity Trading of Small and Micro Businesses and Countermeasures |

| Abstract: | Growing rapidly, small and micro businesses have become important impetus to China’ s social and economic devel-opment. However, they are facing problems like difficult, expensive and risky equity trading, which have limited the development of those businesses. Whether the problem of equity trading can be properly solved is the key to the sound and sustainable develop-ment of small and micro businesses. Governments, financial institutions and enterprises must take measures to overcome the diffi-culty, reduce the cost and minimize the risk. |
