| Abstract: | The educational innovation is to spread, to diffuse and to appreciate knowledge and skills effectively. And it is measured by some standards of itself. The following five items make up to the main scale that measures the innovation, they are the appreciation of the knowledge and ability, the activation of educational resource, adaptability, practical ability and persistence. These are also the subjee-five-involved standards of the educational innovation. |
