| 摘 要： | 为进一步提高职业教育的社会效益,真正实现学校与企业之间资源共享、优势互补,安阳职业技术学院结合自身中高职一体化管理的特点,试行了＂订单＂式培养、＂冠名班＂培养、＂互动型＂培养等六种校企合作模式,针对当前校企合作普遍存在的问题,运行机制、师资队伍以及专业设置方面提出了对策与建议,以为高职院校走校企合作之路提供有效参考。

| Abstract: | In order to improve vocational education＇s social benefits and achieve the resource-sharing and complementary strengths between schools and enterprises.Anyang vocational and technical college analyzes six modes of the school-enterprise cooperation,with combining some features of the college＇s vocational integration.The six modes are order-based training,naming training and interactive training and so on.Besides,the college points out the common issue of the school-enterprise cooperation.After that,the college gives some countermeasures and suggestions on college＇s operating mechanism,teachers and professional setting.All these efforts provide an effective reference for the higher vocational colleges taking the road of school-enterprise cooperation. |
