| Abstract: | The molecular biology and the plant biotechnology have been developed by molecular-markers technique.The inno- vative and development and application of the molecular markers have the promoting function to the molecular biology and the plant biotechnology.This thesis introduces the molecular markers' principle and the technique of the RFLP,AFLP,RAPD,DAF,SSR, CAPS.It introduces the applications in the sweet potato germplasm resources and in the genetics and breedingo. |
