| 摘 要： | 通过文献回顾,比较了中西方学者关于服务外包动因的研究,并结合广州的实际情况,提出其服务外包发展的动因包括背景因素(政策推动、满足产业转型的需要)、内部因素(地区服务外包发展潜力巨大)和机会因素(服务业国际转移、信息产业发展)三个方面,它们在广州服务外包发展的各个阶段起着重要的推动作用.在此基础上,参考部分OECD国家服务外包的实证研究模型,提出影响广州服务外包发展的六个因素:服务外包的市场需求、地区产业结构、政策扶持力度、信息技术水平、人力资源储备及成本和企业竞争力.最后,提出了促进广州服务外包发展的对策与建议.
