| 摘 要： | 苏东剧变的原因是复杂的,应从各方面分层次来分析。在个人层次上,苏东领导人的思想转变及执政能力的下降是剧变的诱因;而剧变的根本原因则发生在国家层次上,主要表现是苏东各国僵化的政治、经济、思想等体制;在国际层面上,以美国为首的西方国家的“和平演变”政策则起到了推波助澜的作用。

| Abstract: | Various are the causes of the violent changes which took place in the pre-Soviet Union and countries in East Europe. We should study them from different Ievels. From the personal level, the shift of the thoughts and the declination of the political abilities of the leaders of these countries are superficial ones. The fundamental causes lie in the country level, which is represented in the rigid political, economical and ideological regimes of these countries. From the international level, the peaceful evolution policy of the Western countries accelerated the speed of the changes. |
