| Abstract: | By checking the lange quantity of domestic and international materials and visiting the experts, this paper tries to analyze the constitude of personality of the athletics teacher,and to elaborate the principle of direction and unifying, which athletics teacher should follow in the matter of molding his personality. In addition to that, the paper also focus on the cpecific process of molding the perconality of the modern athletics teacher. |
