| 摘 要： | 在工程结算中,工程造价的确定常常遇到材料价格产生变化的情况,如何调整材料单价变化导致的价差是工程造价管理中的常见问题,文章从材料结算价格取定时段的确定、材料结算取定价的选择、发承包双方对于材料价差风险分担和利益共享等方面提出了处理的方法。

| Abstract: | During the process of engineering settlement,the calculation of construction cost often confronts with the alteration of material price and adjusting the spread due to the alteration of material price is a common problem in the management of construction cost.This article proposes approaches to dealing with the problems such as ： the identification of the determined time of material settlement,the selection of the determined price of material settlement and the allocation of risk and sharing of benefits for both the employer and contractor due to the material spread. |
