| 摘 要： | 文章从农村档案工作的制度建设、经费投入、管理手段、人员素质等方面探讨了当前农村档案工作的现状及存在的主要问题，指出了农村档案工作在社会主义新农村建设中的重要性，提出了完善机制体制、上下联动协调、加大经费投入、注重人才培养等加强农村档案工作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the current status and main problems of archival work in the rural areas from the aspects of institutional building, capital investment, management tools and quality of personnels. Then it points out the importance of rural archival work in the new socialist rural construction and proposes the suggestions such as perfecting institutional mechanism, upper and lower coordination, increasing funding and laying emphasis on personnel training. |
