| 摘 要： | 硕士研究生考试招生制度改革是一个系统工程,需要从考试招生管理体制到考试形式、考试内容等方面全方位展开。管理体制的改革应该切实确立招生单位和导师在研究生选拔和培养过程中的主体地位,考试机构提供考试服务,政府部门负责宏观调控和监督。完善初试+复试两阶段考试方式,其中初试为全国统一考试,变选拔性为水平考试,由考试机构主办,一年举办多次,成绩几年内有效。重新设置初试考试科目,重在测试考生的基本素质、一般能力、培养潜能和专业基础知识。根据招生单位对初试成绩的基本要求,考生携初试成绩到招生单位申请复试。招生单位以考生初试成绩、复试成绩、大学本科成绩、科研成果或论文、专家推荐信、身体健康状况等综合评定和录取考生。
