基于“组织公民行为”理论的高校学生干部管理策略

摘    要:学生干部的“组织公民行为”是指在非基本工作要求条件下,学生干部自发表现出的超越角色标准的主动、积极、正面、尽职、利他的行为。这种行为不仅有益于他人,更有助于学校管理效能的提升。高校学生干部工作中,应充分了解现有学生干部的“组织公民行为”指数,有针对性地培养学生干部,借以触发他们的“组织公民行为”,为高校学生干部管理提供新的理论支撑。

Abstract:The organizational citizenship behaviors of student cadres refer to their active, positive, dutiful and altruistic behaviors performed beyond the regular demands of their roles in non-obligatory conditions. Such behaviors will not only benefit others but also help improve the effectiveness of school management. We should fully comprehend the "organizational citizenship behavior" index of the student cadres and take constructive measures to encourage their organizational citizenship behaviors.
