| 摘 要： | 高校文献采访工作规范是图书馆文献采访工作的基本要求和行为准则,其内容应涵盖图书馆文献采访工作的各个方面。在实际采访过程中,因各图书馆定位不同,其采访工作规范的制定存在一定的问题难以解决。文章针对文献采访工作规范的重点和难点,对馆藏文献结构、文献经费使用、文献集中采购以及电子资源采购等进行分析,提出了文献采访工作的理论依据,方法和措施,来指导图书馆文献采访工作规范的制定和实施。

| Abstract: | The norms of document acquisition work in university libraries are the basic requirements and behavior standards of librarians who are in charge of book acquisition, which covers the acquisition work in all aspects. Aiming at the emphasis and difficult points of the work, this article makes analysis of the collection of document structure, the use of funds on documents, the centralized purchasing of paper-based resources and electronic resources, and proposes theoretical basis, methods and measures to guide the acquisition work norms to be worked out and to be implemented in university libraries. |
