| 摘 要： | 魏晋南北朝是一个海上交通大发展的时期，北方的近海水运形成了一些新的重要海港。北方近海航线有所开辟与延展，江左-辽东航线与渤海海域航线上的水运颇为繁忙。南方与辽东的来往多有赖于近海航线，中原政权对辽东的经略及南北政权的海上军事攻守都利用了北方近海水运。

| Abstract: | The Wei, Jin, and the Southern and the Northern Dynasties were period with great development of the sea transportation. The formation of the important harbors and the expansion of the coastal routes was the prosperous performance of the offshore water transportation in the north area. The water transportation on the coastal route of the South of the Yangtze River - Eastern Liaoning and Bohai Sea area was busy. The offshore water transportation in the north area was used for the connection of the south area and Eastern Liaoning, and the management which the Central Plain Regime directed against Eastern Liaoning and the military offense and defense of the Southern Regime oversea. |
