| 摘 要： | 我国现行的银行体系呈现“川”型，各自为政。针对银行体系存在的问题，文章提出了构建以银行控股公司为“树干”，各家商业银行为“树枝”的中国商业银行体系的设想；说明了建立银行控股公司的必要性、可行性和模式，指出银行控股公司的利与弊，并给出其存在问题的对策，通过银行控股公司的“树干”作用，实现商业银行的资源最佳配置。

| Abstract: | The current Chinese commercial banking system is parallel, and each banking institution does things in its own way. According to the existing problems of banking system, this paper presents the concept of constructing new Chinese commercial banking system with bank holding company as ＇trunk＇ , and commercial banks as ＇branches＇. The paper shows the necessity, feasibility and mode of establishing bank holding company, points out the benefit and harm of hank holding system, and provides countermeasures of its existing problems, through the role of bank holding company as ＇trunk＇, makes the best allocation of commercial banks. |
