| 摘 要： | 近代慈善事业以博施济众为极功,在社会变迁中获得新发展,慈善组织的救济内容更趋宽泛,总括而言,即有慈善救济和慈善教育两大类.慈善救济包括以济贫助困、赈灾救荒等善举,慈善教育则是开办习艺所、贫儿院、慈幼院等机构,注重教养兼施.与传统善举相比,慈善家群体的形成、多样化的慈善组织、多层化的慈善道德、广阔的救济区域、先进的救济运作手段和广泛的经费来源等成为近代慈善事业十分显著的特征.

| Abstract: | Modern philanthropy made a new progress in the radical social changes of modern China.In a word,charity content became wider,which covered two kinds of philanthropic relief and philanthropic education.Philanthropic relief included those good deals,such as helping the poor,relieving the disaster and so on;Philanthropic education was opening technological schools and orphanages,where the orphan could learn some techniques.Compared with the traditional charity acts,modern philanthropy had the following obvious features,namely,the formation of groups of philanthropist,plurality of charity,multi-level of charity morality,the expansion of relief region,advanced operational means for relief and multi-channel source of charity funds. |
