| 摘 要： | 汉代统治者在历史上首次提出“以孝治天下”的治国方针,公开倡导以“孝”为本,使原本只属于宗法伦理的孝道走进了国家政治、社会和文化生活的方方面面,成为一种泛道德观念的社会伦理和政治伦理,进而形成了颇具特色的汉代孝治文化,影响中国社会长达两千多年。孝治在汉代成为治国纲领,并终两汉四百余年而不变,不是历史的偶然,而是由汉代的历史根源、社会土壤以及统治者的统治需要综合决定的。

| Abstract: | The rulers of Han Dynasty put forth the policy of "governing the country by filial piety" for the first time and promoted the principle of "filial piety" coming the first,which brought the concept of "filial piety" that belongs to ethics into politics,society,and culture and any other aspects of life in China,turned it into the social and political ethics,and has influenced China for more than two thousand years.It is not incidental that the policy of government by filial piety became the guideline for the government of the country and lasted for four hundred years in West and East Han Dynasty.It is determined by the historical roots,the social soil and the needs of the rulers in Han Dynasty. |
