| 摘 要： | 在现代教学改革过程中,计算机技术的兴起和多元应用起着重要作用,多媒体技术的运用给体育教学带来了一种新的教学模式和理念。文中阐述了多媒体在健美操教学中的重要性及可行性。把多媒体与健美操教学有机地结合在一起,既提高了教师的教学质量与效率,又在一定程度上调动了学生学习健美操的积极性、主动性和创造性,其发展前景良好。

| Abstract: | In the process of teaching reformation,the computer technique has sprang up and been multi-applied,and has become more important.The application of multimedia has brought in a new teaching model and idea to the physical education.The text expounds the importance and feasibility of multimedia in the body mechanics teaching.If combining the multimedia and body mechanics teaching rightly,we can improve the teaching equality of teachers.,meanwhile in some degree,inspire the students’ interesting,go-aheadism and creativity of learning body mechanics.The Appling of multimedia will have a good developing view. |
