| 摘 要： | 首次将财务分析雷达图引入企业竞争能力分析，雷达图以直观地反映企业竞争能力在各个指标上的相对竞争优劣势，利用它对企业及行业进行静态横向和动态纵向研究可以全面把握企业竞争地位和行业竞争态势，明确企业和竞争对手的竞争优劣势及核心竞争力，并对行业内竞争企业进行聚类和战略群组分析。
