| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO已一年有余。关于加入WTO对国内教育的影响及对策，教育界尚未形成统一认识；对于WTO框架下的教育服务仍存在诸多误解；而面对入世后国内教育市场面临的挑战与机遇，在观念、体制、法规、管理方面仍未有充足准备。入世后，教育市场的开放不可逆转，必须进一步提高认识，建立健全相关法规，强化政府职能，加快体制创新，并加强培训市场、督导评估与考试制度、留学教育、中外合作办学、远程教育等领域的研究、建设与管理，积极推进学校转制，尽快培养具有主导能力的市场竞争力量。

| Abstract: | China's entering WTO has been more than one year.There has been no centralized cognition in educational circle about the influence of WTO on our education and there are lots of misunderstandings about educational service under the frame of WTO.Domestic educational market hasn't prepared in aspects of idea,system,rules and management facing the challenges and opportunities WTO provided.After China's entering WTO,the opening of educational market is irreversible, we must increase our cognition,establish and perfect corresponding rules,strengthen the function of government,speed up the innovation of system,enhance the research and management on the field of training market,assessment and examination system,education of studying abroad,combined running school with foreign countries and long-distance education.promote positive-ly the Iransition of school and train guiding competitive power in market as soon as possible. |
