| 摘 要： | 分析了制约我国女足运动发展的诸多因素,认为我国社会发展环境与女足生存环境之间存在强烈反差,女足运动发展投入欠缺,职业认同度较低,后备人才培养不足,社会发展需求、价值取向变化影响了女足的参与度,现行体育体制、教育体制不利于女足的普及,运动员培养理念和方式较为落后,运动员再就业能力不足。指出应进一步深化体制改革,改善女足生存环境;加强社会宣传,培育女足市场;加大国家政策扶持及资金投入,发展女足＂特区＂带动落后地区女足发展;让女足青少年人才培养回归教育本位;建立健全女足运动员退役再就业保障制度;学习国外先进的足球理念;加大青少年女足教练员培训力度;建立完善的青少年女足竞赛制度和训练体系。
