| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠是困扰图书馆员工主要心理情结。本文通过对高校图书馆员工与公共图书馆员工职业倦怠的程度及其成因进行比较，认为馆员应适应社会，领导应实施人本管理，建立良好激励机制，提升自身素质，这是消除图书馆员工职业倦怠现象的核心因素。

| Abstract: | Job burnout is a major psychological complex to disturb library staff. Comparing the college library staff with public library staff, this paper analyzes the degree and reasons of job burnout and presents library staff adapt- ing to society, human-oriented management, establishment of good incentive system, and self-upgrading of quality are the key factors to eliminate job burnout. |
