| Abstract: | The existing system of finance resources allocation for higher education in China is taking the policy of ＂efficiency priority by taking account of fairness＂ .In fact,both the efficiency and fairness is very difficult to guarantee. In order to change this status,it is a good choice to introduce market mechanism. |
