| 摘 要： | 探讨高脂饮食对慢性肾衰（CRF）大鼠摄食量的影响及其可能的机制。结果表明，各组高脂饮食或腹腔内注射脂肪乳的大鼠摄食量和下丘脑下丘脑组织食欲素A水平均明显比正常饮食大鼠增高。高脂饮食能促进CRF大鼠食欲增加，可能与其下丘脑组织食欲素A水平增高有关。

| Abstract: | To explore the influence of high-fat diet on food intake in rats with chronic renalfailure and the mechanisms of this change.The food intake and hypothalamus orexin A level in rats feed by high-diet or injected by intralipid were significantly higher than those of rats feed by normal diet.The results suggest that high-fat diet may increase appetite in CRF rats.This change possiblely relates with the increasion of hypothalamus orexin A level. |
