| 摘 要： | 开展国家助学贷款工作，是国家实施科教兴国战略的一项重要决策。针对目前高校实施中存在的问题，提出了发挥高校自身优势，积极配合银行进行贷款管理的措施．从建立大学生个人信用档案的具体环节做起，推进个人信用征询系统的建立，提高银行投放助学贷款的积极性，满足贫困学生的贷款需求。

| Abstract: | It's a significant policy of our country to issue loans for education with regard to rejuvenating the country through science and education. As to the problems of existing college students loan, this article presents approaches on how to make full use of the advantages of colleges and universities and how to cooperate with banks positively about the management of the loans: beginning with the establishment of personal credit file of college students, the establishment of the corresponding enquiry system will be encouraged, thus, the initiative of banks to issue students loan will be stimulated and meet the needs of loan for higher education. |
