| 摘 要： | 本文从旅游社会学角度。以广东省乳源瑶族旅游发展为例．对旅游目的地传统民族文化在旅游发展过程中的文化变迁问题进行了分析。本文研究的主要内容是在对旅游目的地民族文化与旅游发展现代化的矛盾进行解读的基础上，试图找出内在发展的一致性．探讨基于传统民族文化开发的旅游发展与目的地社会经济发展的关系；以提高当地居民的民族文化自觉意识，培养他们的民族文化自豪感和民族自尊心，保持民族文化的传承与发展。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes national cultural changes in the process of the tourism development based on the Sociology, case study in Yao family of Ruyuan countryside, Guangdong Province. It interprets the conflict between national culture and tourism development, trying to identify the consistency of its internal development, and explains the mode and relationship of local cultural and tourism development. On the basis of the Yao＇s the specific situation and characteristics of resources, it should enhance local residents consciousness of the national culture, foster their sense of pride in their national culture and national self-respect, and maintain cultural heritage. |
