| 摘 要： | 英国是第一个实现工业化和现代化的国家。16世纪即都铎时代是英国历史发展的重要转折阶段，正是在此时期，英国社会发生了极为深刻而广泛的变化，英国主权国家在同罗马天主教势力和国内地方割据势力的斗争中逐渐确立并强固，民族意识日益膨胀，正是16世纪民族国家的强固及民族意识的发展，使得英国获得了迈向近代社会的坚实的政治和社会基础。

| Abstract: | England is the first country that realized industrialization and modernization.Why could modern England realize these?The author thinks that it is the because of consolidation of nation state and the development of national conscionsness in the 16 th century that English was able to construct a solid political and social basis to transform from a traditional society to a modern society. |
